• Celebrating Beltane • Wood element - symbolises life force energy, directing growth and prosperity • Navel chakra - courage, strength, protection • Welcoming the archangels, angel tuning forks • Connecting with nature and forest bathing • Individual healing sessions​ Saturday 26th April 10am-3pm  First in a series of five new retreats incorporating the Chinese elements, the four transcendent chakras and the navel chakra, and our healing therapies. ​Our day retreats are very relaxed and we like to provide a welcoming environment and safe space, and no previous experience is needed. Each one is unique and based on a theme. Includes qi gong, activities, oracle cards, chakras, tuning forks, crystals and spiritual development, with handouts. A vegetarian buffet lunch and refreshments are also included as part of these nurturing days.
