Each one is unique and based on a theme. Includes qi gong, activities, chakras, tuning forks, crystals and spiritual development, with handouts. A vegetarian buffet lunch and refreshments are also included as part of these nurturing days. Held at Keswick reading room, Low Road, NR4 6TZ.  Just £60. ​Please book as spaces are limited to 8 spaces at each retreat.
