Service Description
You may already be doing a gratitude journal, however you may be finding you still have a racing mind or getting triggered by life’s challenges. In this workshop, you will explore: • Discover how gratitude can improve wellbeing, resilience and happiness • Simple practices that help your brain notice more of the good in life • Small daily habits that support a calmer, more positive mindset • Practical ways to bring more appreciation into everyday life If you’d like to explore some different ways to make expressing gratitude work better for you, we’d love to welcome you. We’ll also be looking at how to use mindfulness in those moments when you feel anxious or when things don’t go to plan. 📅 Sat 27th June 10-12.30 💷 Only £25 including refreshments and handouts A small, supportive group in a relaxed setting.
