Affirmations and tuning forks. ​ *​Embrace the darkness and welcome in the light ​ Saturday 21st December 10am-3.30pm  ​Our day retreats are very relaxed and we like to provide a welcoming environment and safe space, and no previous experience is needed. Each one is unique and based on the wheel of the year.  Includes qi gong, activities, chakras, tuning forks, crystals and spiritual development, with handouts. A vegetarian buffet lunch, refreshments and time with the alpacas are also included as part of these nurturing days. Held in a beautiful cob house in a relaxing setting.
