Garnet is the crystal of the month for January. This is about balance keeping our feet on the ground and finding true meaning. It helps with healing the body from toxins.

Garnet boasts a rich history that dates back to ancient civilizations. The name "garnet" comes from the Latin word "granatum," which means pomegranate, a name inspired by the stone's resemblance to the fruit's seeds. In ancient Egypt, garnets were frequently used in jewellery and burial artifacts. They were thought to protect the deceased in the afterlife.
